Yay!! Easily the most beautiful thing I've ever created, I think. I'm not 100% proud of it, but we'll see what the teachers say when they review it next week. (Unfortunately, this means that all my future work is going to have to outdo this one. And my teachers will know I know it. >.< ) The mountains are a much faded version of the way our beloved mountains get in those 15 minutes of sunset.. gorgeous.. Maybe I'll post a photo of them someday.

I know you used to dislike doing backgrounds, but like Noblae said, "I wish I could draw backgrounds like that." It does look like the watsach front!

I loved the first draft you showed, and now I'm conflicted. How can I possibly be loving it more? Shading? Awesome.

I really like the pose and composition :thumbsup: :D, but the lights and darks are lacking as everything is mostly a similar hue... and her chainmail skirt is... <_<;; looks like fish skin...

Thanks! I put a lot of work into it. (And yes, the scales and armor.. I can't tell you how many times I went back and worked on them. ^^;;)
